Bro Split

This is my go-to precontest split.  I have used this split for every 4-6 month period leading up to my competitions.  You will be training with weights 6 days per week, hitting each body part once per week.  The workouts are intense and often times you need a week to recover from each one. I have successfully run this split for up to 6 months at a time before needing to change things up.
