3 Days On, 1 Day Off

Another favorite split of mine where you are hitting every body part in a 3-day period and then have a day of rest.  This is a great split for hypertrophy, and I usually notice nice strength gains on this split.  I have successfully run this split for up to 6 months at a time before needing to change things up.
