16 Day Split

This is one of my all-time favorite splits. It has a ton of variation and has you hitting different bodypart combinations throughout it (e.g., sometimes it will be chest with triceps, or chest with back, or chest with shoulders, etc). I made some of the best gains of my life on this split. I have successfully run this split for up to 6 months at a time before needing to change things up.
