The services listed below are provided by TEAM MILLER. This means that if you work with me, or my wife, IFPA natural pro figure champion Stephanie Miller, you will have access to both of us. We are available to our clients 24/7 and are always prompt in responding to questions. We hope that you will join TEAM MILLER in reaching your fitness goals!

The 12-week workout and/or nutritional programs

Some people may already have the basics of training down but need more structure. You may want a new routine but not a personal trainer. This is why we develop individual workout programs for a 12-week period. The program includes free email and phone consultation during the 12 weeks. This service allows you to train alone while trying a new routine. Changing your workout every couple of weeks enables you to maximize results in the gym and prevents you from reaching a plateau.

Additionally, we provide individualized nutritional programs. We offer this service with or without training. You may know how to workout but not how to fuel your body properly for the best results. The nutrition plan is a great way to establish new and/or proper eating habits. You will gain a better understanding about fueling your body and will learn what type of diet works best for your body type. During the 12-week period we will provide detailed meal plans, including information on what to eat, when to eat, and why you are eating it. We can also provide information about proper supplementation to maximize your results.

These workout and/or nutritional programs work as follows:

  1. Schedule a one-hour kick-off meeting or phone call. From there we will be able to design a personalized 12-week workout plan and/or nutrition plan. Please be prepared to describe a typical week’s workout and diet. If you do not already have a baseline diet or training schedule, the first couple of weeks will be used to establish a baseline. The people who get the most out of these programs are the ones are who put the most into them; planning and monitoring are a must for optimal results.
  2. After both the 1st and 2nd months, we will meet again to review your progress. We will determine whether to adjust your routine or keep it the same to maximize your results.
  3. Finally, at the end of the 12-week period, we will have a recap meeting and decide whether you want to continue or try things on your own for a while.

Contest Preparation

Are you planning to compete in a bodybuilding or figure competition? Being a natural pro bodybuilder myself and my wife being a natural pro figure competitor, we are able to assist in every aspect of competition, including but not limited to the following:

  • Pre-contest motivation
  • Post-contest guidance

One-on-One Personal Training

People hire a trainer for many different reasons. It's an easy way to make it to the gym. It makes it harder to skip workouts by having an appointment and a trainer waiting for you. Sometimes you may need the extra motivation to get out of a rut, or you may need a new workout program. You may want to get into shape before a wedding, vacation, or special occasion. Maybe you're not getting the results you are looking for in the gym due to wrong techniques and form, over training, wrong nutrition and diet, or lack of sleep.

Although I am not currently available for one-on-one personal training, my wife, Stephanie Miller is a full-time, NASM-certified personal trainer. She trains men and women, teens and elderly, bodybuilding competitors and housewives. As a personal trainer, she will find out what's wrong, or not working correctly, by sitting you down before a session and reviewing your routine inside and outside of the gym. Stephanie and I are available to her clients 24/7 through email and are extremely responsive to her clients' questions.

In addition to the personal training she offers at Fitness First in Tyson's Corner, VA, she is also available for personal training at your home, office, or gym (if eligible).
